I strongly recommend not to purchase anything from IndiaTimes.com they are the worst in all e-commerce website.
I ordered a Fujitsu laptop on 2 December 2013, got the product delivered on 10 December(order no 3002854179).On checking I found that there was no charger present in pack.
I immediately contacted there customer care services. They raised a case for it, and since then everytime I call them, I hear a same standard reply’Your case is under process’.
When I requested to speak to the superior looking into this matter, they said certain miss Jyoti will call me back. Its been 4 days since then and I am still waiting for miss Jyoti’s reply.
Now, I am considering of taking legal shelter as it has been enough.
