Made the mistake of ordering a DVD player from Indiatimes shopping on 14th Aug 2012. The product was scheduled to be delivered by 24th August, but has not been delivered till date (4th Sep 2012) despite repeated reminders.
The worst part is the customer service. I raised a service request, and they revised the delivery date 20 days later to 12th Sep 2012 without the basic courtesy of informing or calling me. Next they said someone will call within 24 hours and resolve the issue, but no one did.
Then on 27th, the website updated that they had shipped the product and provided the AWB number. but I am not received anything till date, and I am not sure if I am ever going to receive despite prepayment.
The website sucks, their customer service sucks, and they are highly unprofessional. Not recommended to anyone.
