I have been doing online shopping from last three years and indiatimes is the worst website.
They are forcing me to cancel the order after 9 days without any proper reason.
I ordered HTC Desire V on 1st January 2013 (money got deducted two times 29142 Rs is blocked don’t know what will happen :( ). On 4th Jan, got call from customer care that your order is confirmed. then again call on 7th that due to some tech reason you have to cancel the order when I called CC they told me to ignore that call there is nothing like that.
I again got call on 9th to cancel the order I gain refused to cancel because I need that I paid the money and they should understand value of time and money person is spending. there is no reply to my case registered online also.

Just saying that "due to technical reason and sorry it will not happen again" is not acceptable. please stop replying like a parrot...
