Product: Nokia Bluetooth Stereo Headset BH-503
I am bothered by the product Nokia BT 503(bluetooth stereo headseat), The story is that I ordered the product and got that, that has some charging problem so I lock a call in your call center you take more then 7 days to pick the product from my shipping address.
After that you pick the product and take another 7+ days to give me another one. Then I got again my product I think(that is after repair), AND NOW It again having problem Battery getting discharge withing 2 Min. WHAT I DO?
I think you guise selling old products or something like that. I am very dis-appointed with your service (IndiaTimes Shopping).
For now I want my money back and pick your bad product again.
Or do something positive for ME.
Hope you will take some action ASAP.
