I booked for some personal accessories from this Web site. Thinking that it belongs to the India Today Group(Still I’m not sure whether this portal belongs to India Today Group). Till date I’ve not received the item.
The order was booked on 13-03-2010 and Amount Rs. 1, 198/-
This amount has gone to the drains.
When I send a mail, they only reply that it will be resolved - never ending.
I’ve bought a few things from other Websites promoted by Citibank and ICICI Bank, and got good service. Thinking that this is a reputed Company, I ordered and waiting endlessly.
They are so shameless that initially they replied that it will be resolved in few days, now it is few weeks - and I don’t know when it will be resolved.
They’re still operating and sending mails. So, my sincere advice is to stay away from this Web site. They send the mails - Bag it Today.
