I have booked a Item from them at a price more than the market price, based on their free offers. What I did was to check the item on their website before actually placing the order. But Soon I started receiving calls from their end requesting me to complete the transaction. Obviously they have tracking mechanism in the back end by which they can monitor the clicks.
Anyway I did book the order through an IVRS System which took my card details(punch in) . After the transaction was successfully done, the Rep told me that the item is booked and gave me some booking no. I was in office so didnt feel the importance of the booking no and didnt write it down, also because the Rep assured me that I will be receiving a email on this within 24 hours. But since then 6 working days have passed and till now no conformation or email from their end.
Whenever I call up their customer care they tell me its not updated in the system. Now who is responsible for this? Already the money has been debited from my credit card. After forcing them I have already launched a complain about this but are yet to respond.
So my advice..never ever be lured by these false/fake offers. They have a pathetic after sales record and its really challenging to get a genuine item from them without any hassle.
