I wanted to add Cname records to use some google apps. As soon as I emailed them, they have added the record in just 10 minutes and also provided me details of How I can manage this directly from my control panel.
Their control panel is very extensive. Almost everything related domain or hosting can be self managed.
I have asked support like adding name records, moving my files from net4india to indiawebsolutions, setting email forwarded etc. and all of them resolved in max. of 30 minutes. Comparing to net4india services and support, this is 1000 times better. At net4india, a simple request like changing name servers took 48 hours and required to create atleast 2-3 trouble tickets. (A real trouble). Here I can do it myself from the control panel and if I request support, they do it immediately.
