MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE OF TATA INDICOM

Hi,


I took a TATA indicom connection with 6 months internet package for Rs. 3600. (Appr). This package gives free internet usage of 1GB per month.


Everything was going fine for first 5 months. I used to received monthly bill of Rs. 30 exsta for calls. As I never used to make any calls from this. Just once in a while used to call.


My Account numebr was 203907992 and Phone number was 080-65964921.


Suddenly in the 6th month when I planned to close the conection they sent me a bill of Rs. 14, 791.00.


I got a shock and asked them about the mis calculation in the bill. But the customer service is very bad. Everytime I call them I have to explain them complete problem and even if I provide the old reference number they donot uderstand it.


They again same questions like


"HAVE YOU USED IT FOR LONG HOURS?


" ARE YOU STAYING ALONG OR ANYBODY ELSE IS STAYING?"


"IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT OTHER MISUSE IT?"


They always telling me that I used the internet for long hours, os the bill.


I completely got fed up with the customer service. If you believe or not, I would like to put the facts from my side.


I am working in MNC, (Samsung India) I alwasy use internet at office. The house internet is only for my wife. In the 6th month she went to her home town and hardly few hours in the night I used to spend time on internet.


There is no ways I can use it for such an amount. Even if I take 22kbps speed, to use for that bill I need more than 24 hours a day.


I was on training for 6 days during this time outside Bangalore.


But the kind of service which I see there.. It was horrible and I donot have any idea what to do.


When I asked them about detailed bill they gave the timings of when I used the internet. But I cannot believe them, with the speed they provide it cannot download so much data.


And they also included rend of 3600/- for next 6 months, even though I canceled the phone before the bill is generated.


For cancelation of TATA phone, u need to goto Office which will not be the same place as you get the phone. It will be one in the city, you have run there and stand in big line as several hundreds donot like TATA indicom and like to return. Big line will be waiting for you.


Finally after one month discussion with them, I did not get any reasonable bill from them . THey are asking me to pay the bill without the 6 month bill i.e. Rs. 10916/-


But this is the worng amount and I am fighting for more than a month with them.


To threaten TATA Indicom sends court notices to attane court etc.


Please be careful and donot choose TATA phone.


Whatever big line you see in front of BSNL.. better go for that.
