I have been a regular passenger on Indigo and I must say that they have always exceeded my expectations. Almost always we landed before time and departed on time. Excellent on time performance, much better than so called full service airline like Jet. Only wish taht the on board food prices could be lower. Aircrafts are brand new and very clean and well maintained. Staff too is very well groomed and courteous. Hope they keep it up.
