I am availing this airline since 2012 and have always had a satisfactory experience. Flights are pretty clean and the crew is very customer centric.
Polite behaviour and helpful nature of the airline crew really can win your heart. Even the fare is decent enough to suit your pocket. Hence overall experience is satisfactory and good. I have also availed other airlines but was not as satisfied as Indigo. Would definitely recommend other to opt for this.
