They charge outrageous amount of money for Baggage. First they seal your baggage, then they take it half way through on the belt.
Later they will look at the screen and ask for any amount that comes to their mind. Horrible customer service and outrageous baggage charges.
When I asked for adjusting the bag, they refused to give me the baggage. Kept saying passengers are waiting behind me to get checked in and I was not happy at all with the behavior or any kind of customer service at the check-in counter.
When I asked for written policy, they said they do not have it. How is it possible that they dont have written policy and they ask for money?
Coffee charges Rs 60 then after that the air hostess will come back to you saying she serviced you and again charges 40 Rs.
That’s again outrageous. Simply ask for Tip or say Tips appreciate but No! They say actually sir the coffee was Rs 100.
