Pathetic service

Really pathetic service IndiGo airlines has got. They seriously have errors in their service and due to which they put their passengers to trouble. No solution is given at time. Always been the worst in service.


I want to share an extremely unpleasant experience with IndiGo Airlines where we were not allowed to board the flight despite reaching the gate within 2 minutes of their last call. Also, delay was caused because their staff was unavailable for 15 minutes to check in our excess baggage, and then later there was some confusion at security check and the staff’s inability to put proper tags on our baggage. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude, and one of them actually threw my phone away. We were made to buy new tickets to board the next flight. Our attempts to file a complaint on this matter were met with a generic response and a link to a feedback form! You are better off choosing other airlines.


These sort of incident have happen everyother day with this airlines. No one heeds to give the solution to the customers or public in trouble. The people out there are having troubles with their baggage missing. Sometimes their luggage is mishandled. Sometimes the delay in their replies or responses to the issues of the customers.


Due to their carelessness the public is put into lot of trouble. By just providing cheap fares you can not trouble the whole lot of public. Providing facility is also mandatory and a part of your duty only.


If not given proper service the public won’t hesitate to spend 500 or 1000 extra and go with other option of airlines. The choices these days are not less.


The people are having issues with the customer service the most.


Yes the indigo airline is cheap and affordable and it’s safe also because the pilots are well trained and experienced pilots and even the food is awesome and even the flight attendants are trained well but the only problem I have is that is the flight attendants in the indigo airlines check in counters are not educated because when we say that we want a window seat they say that they will give and that will give a non window seats that too telling that a and e are window seats they are telling it’s not a window seat as a frequent traveller we know and they don’t know how is this?
