I checked in my baggage at around 5:30 PM. After I landed in Kolkata my baggage was missing.
It was only me who was following up with airlines regarding the bag. Airline didn’t bothered about it. They didn’t informed anything regarding it to me. I as a customer feel harassed in all this. Delhi airport staff is even worst. When I asked about the reason for the missing bag. I just got a vauge reply.
Not even a sincere apology.(it sounded they don’t care). My overall experience with indigo was good it yesterday however I am really disappointed with the pathetic service by Indigo. I think Indigo is losing its good will. Indigo is not a name which could be trusted on. Totally disappointed.
