INDIGO is providing the facility to fly at a cheaper price but after that you will get the service very poor. I was once travelling from Delhi to raipur.The flight was 6 in the morning and after take off, my ears started paining a lot and they do not provide any water nothing. The seat is also not that comfortable as comparison to other flights. The staff was not giving proper care. Overall it was a bad experience.
