Binita is a ground staff at Guwahati Airport. She has no idea she is working in customer Service. I have been travelling with indigo a lot because of their low prices and not for their customer service, however it wasn’t that bad until today. 9th February 2020.
She is completely Unhelpful. Has had probably no training on customer service. Doesn’t know how to solve issues when presented with one by a customer. She seems old and experienced but still doesn’t put her experience to use. No empathy. Horrible experience. Just full of ignorance. These are the kind of employees that just come to work and somehow finish their day at work.
