I am a frequent flyer and found that services offered by Indigo are unmatched and unparalleled. The very first thing we introduced to, while booking a ticket is the website of that particular company and in case of Indigo the website is very user friendly. The fares offered by Indigo is also competitive and very much reasonable.The cover many cities and outside India and my most frequent flying destination(BOM - JAI) is covered very well by them. The aircrafts are new and very clean.
The services are very nice and the punctuality is a big plus for Indigo. I have never experienced any delay in their services. The staff is very professional and crew members are also very nice. They greet and talk in a very simple yet professional manner. They follow the simple rule of first come first serve basis that means the one who arrives early at the airport, gets the best offering in terms of seating.
Overall a very nice and professional airline.
