Booked a flight for 6.55pm in December. Travelling with my 75years old Dad to Kolkata. Due to some reason airlines moved the flight timing to 8 pm, hence will reach kolkata very late! This will be very inconvenient for my Dad. When I had asked for reschedule, they behaved very bad and refused to do it inspite of several requests. Even they won’t cancel without cancellation fee! This is absolutely harassment. They had wasted almost 30 mins without results. Requested several time as my father is old, they are just insensitive. Refused to take it to higher authorities. The ethics are very poor. I am extremely disappointed!
