Who Cancelled My Tickets? Was it Indigo?

*BE AWARE, THIS IS THE WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER SEEN.


Its INDIGO and its BULLSHIT.*


You should never book any services from indigo if you love your privacy and want to fly on Time.


here on indigo’s website your personal data will be miss-used, you will have no privacy,


and anybody can access your account


and this company have no track of those people.


and on top of that they would blame you back without any proof.


They will cancel your tickets without Sms code verification, e-mail double opt in verification, they will not reconfirm with the traveler.that’s all.

I am a digital marketer by profession and run campaigns globally


So I know almost everything about business websites, financial transactions, security Parameters, policies and how it is Supposed to be used?


I was thinking How can a responsible public company can reveal


your personal data like mobile number and email id etc.!


I fly 3-6 times a month but have never seen a careless company


Like indigo. In two words I can describe indigo airlines -WORST SERVICES and WORST STAFF, have no info, No knowledge what they talking about, what they dealing about.


here is the short story which made me feel like what bullshit people I am dealing with! all they can say is sorry sir, I am extremely sorry sir, I regret sir. anyways.


I called up on 09910383838 to update my email id and mobile number,


Guy updated it wrongly, basically nothing was changed


as final results. Later few mints I got a massage that my


Tickets has been cancelled which I did not do and neither


My travel agent.


I called again and asked that who did it they don’t have


Any info on that at all. Customer care Guy said’NEITHER WE DID’’


Then I visited the site and checked the info and found out


that there is no privacy, no data security from hackers


or spammers and anybody without PROVIDING LOGIN


Information CAN ACCES and CANCEL or  CHANGE DETAILS if they know your name, id or mobile number. which is not a big deal today.


Anyways guy asked me to make a new reservation


and pay 8500 extra so in total Rs.20500+ from Mumbai to Delhi return.


so it was their mistake which I have to pay for, that’s what they mean.


I felt cheated, why these people can’t do their job honestly


?why they don’t have a system which support their customers?


let me tell you they all love their products and services than their CUSTOMERS.


But it’s one time thing, you can make somebody fool only one time to get all the golden eggs. NEVER AGAIN.


So I decided, that I will never ever never.under any given circumstances will travel by indigo and would suggest other nice people never to support such companies  who do not respect their customers.
