Indigo airlines now doesnt allow you to web-check in if you have booked your air ticket using a credit card. I can possibly understand that if the passenger has used someone elses card; but if the passenger has used her/his own credit card, then I do not see the logic.
So now, one will have to get into a long check-in queue, even if the passenger has no check-in bags. This is just ridiculous. This is a successful airline getting complacent. And we all know what happens to such airlines. The beginning of the end is here!
