Extremely happy with the service of Indigo. I had flown via Flight 6E-681 from Pune to Bangalore on 21st June 2017 a 0045 hrs. It left on time and reached on time. And I had faced a minor inconvenience with my ticket which was promptly solved by the executives. really appreciate the good service. Frankly, the service of Indigo is far better than GoAir & Spice Jet as regards to punctuality and service. And in addition to this, the instructions in Hindi were sounding poetic and excellent which many other airlines are unable to posses. the words which were used were no less than gems and more importantly, these Hindi instructions were given by those who were from bengaluru. really glad with the service of Indigo.
