Hi all, I would like to share my personal experience which I faced along with my mother when we went to New Delhi through Indigo Airlines last month.
I had booked tickets on Indigo airlines because I had got a discount worth 4000Rs in economy class. The flight was late by 2hours by the time we boarded. My mother was feeling a bit unwell on the travel day. Hence I requested one of the air hostess to arrange a seat next to me so that my mother cannot sit alone as our seats which was accommodated were far. The air hostess totally ignored and told that they cannot do it because such kind of options cannot be provided in Indigo airlines. I was totally surprised that how can the service provider be so rigid and not being helpful by arranging an alternative accommodation for a senior citizens. This was really ridiculous and I have decided not to put them for my future trips.
