Indigo has to be the worst airline of all times, Indian railways is more honest organization than Indigo .
I was on flight from goa to delhi in which I ordered food in advance, as I was sitting few rows from back I informed the air hostess that I have ordered food in advance so please see that we get it but she said they have not started the service yet, when they will start we will get the meal . when they reached my seat she said they are out of food, I asked her that was the reason I informed you earlier but she responded in a rude manner and said what do want me to do now its finished .
I also had 2 bluetooth headset in the baggage which were stolen by Indigo staff in the same flight, I informed the indigo office at delhi airport and she took photograph of the bag but afer few days when I called indigo to check the status they said there was no conplaint registered at the airport .
I have been fighting with Indigo cheats and thugs ever since, when I call them they say they cannot do anything I need to send a mail to customer.relations@goindigo.in which I have sent many times and they do not respond and ask me to send the mail again, I do receive an automated case generation mail which says someone will contact you but its been going on from February 2013 and Indigo customer care ask me to send the mail which I tell them that I have sent .
I think all indigo staff lives of stealing stuff from the baggage and crew members and picked up from different slums of india and the customer relation officers(if they do exist) were self employed doing pickpockets, stealing watches and maybe some were loan collectors previouly
