I had traveled in Indigo airlines from hyderabad to chattrapati shivaji international airport few months. I had to book the tickets urgently on the same day of travel, so it costed me more than expected. Surprisingly the cost of the ticket was increasing very frequently.
The check in process was easy and the luggage was kept safely. The service by the air hostess was also good. Safety measures explained were also useful. The plane took off and landed exactly on time. But only the paid food and beverages were provided and they were extremely expensive which was disappointing.
The aeroplane was good and we were received by a bus at the airport which too us till airport from runway. So overall Indigo wad good and I recommend it. Thank you.
