My personal experience is indigo is quit a affordable, average rated but OK for middle class people. The food quality is slightly better than other airlines. They serve you a lots of packet food as well. In hygiene I will give them 3/5 bcoz the toilets are not very clean and the floor was average. I have travelled a lot of times in indigo about a dozen times but just once I saw rude behavior from them it was by an air hostess name was nishk. Despite that I liked indigo and my personal ratings will be 7.5/10
