I had a ridiculeous experience while travelling with indigo.
As I had traveled few times , the airlines was always delayed.
This day I reached 25 mins before departure of the plane , and I was rudely refused to board the plane with no compensation.seems the tickets were sold off to someone else.
The attitude of the counter person and the manager was so rude and ignorant that I cud not believe.
If indigo shows this attitude , than surely it wont gain customers.
I accept the mistake was mine , but there were 15 other ppl who were with me . Also, we had no luggage to check in so it would not have wasted any time. the announcement for boarding was still going on for boarding for the flight , but we were not listened at all.
I firmly believe if an effort was made by the counter person , than we could have boarded the flight.
But the in courteous behavior of the staff had really set a bad impression on my mind.
5 mins delay has shown me the real picture of indigo.
The response to my mail to the customer care was also DONT-CARE-ATTITUDE , which resulted in more frustration.
