I had a horrible experience with Indigo airlines. They cancelled the flight just the day before my travel. This airline doesn’t have any tie up with other lines to provide an alternative flight and they are not ready to compensate also. They told that they’ll reverse the money in 7 business day and I didn’t get the money back yet. Hope that i’ll get my money back.
The funny part is they don’t have any reasoning for the cancellation of the flight. I think it’s poorly operated airline. The only thing I like about this airline is their website , very easy to book tickets.
