Air indigo. I am very happy with there price but when it comes to service and the facility provided by them I guess they need much more improvement.
The very first thing you will find uncomfortable is the space between the two columns it’s too much congested. In order to place your head down for a long hour journey say 4-5 hours you need to open the tray attached with the chair. You will have back pain and I experienced that it’s quite tiring and you need a complete bed rest for one day in order to relax and recharge yourself.
The only thing free is water rest for all the services you need to pay.
It’s too nosiy and sometimes you will feel that you are traveling in sleeper class.
I would like them to increase the quality of service.
