I travelled today evening with my son in Indigo flight no 6E 5039
From Bengaluru to Delhi
I don’t know how seriously will you take my complaint but I’ll write this review on all possible sites till you dont take an appropriate action
The head flight attendant was Harpreet, the minute we boarded the flight she asked someone from some other seat to keep their baggage in the space above our seat.I immediately requested her to vacate as we had already come inside and we needed space to keep our 2 handbags.SHE BLUNTLY TOLD US .MANAGE YOURSELF, CHECK IF THERE IS ANY PLACE BEHIND.I was deeply disappointed at the rude behavior and I firmly but politely told her...Ma’am, Ive paid extra for this seat just to get down first and it’s my right to keep my baggage above my seat.Why should I find any space, u please tell the other people to shift their luggage in their respective overhead space.MS HARPREET DID NOT LISTEN AND JUST LEFT THAT PLACE AND WALKED TO THE COCKPIT
I somehow adjusted my luggage on my own in the overhead space of the sear behind us and beneath our seat
IS YOUR STAFF TRAINED THIS WAY SIR???
I’m a doctor too , working in a multispeciality corporate hospital where we are taught customer is of prime importance and cannot be disrespected
If your staff is so overburdened and tired that they can’t help the passengers settle down comfortably, please change them
I need the higher authorities to call me ASAP
