I had travelled with several airlines but this time my travelling with Indigo was a very bad experience. Firstly, my mother got high temperature just before flying but our luggage was already gone so when we boarded the flight we requested the staff to help us with a blanket but they refused and said they cant provide any, being on ground they could have asked for the help from ground staff but we did not recieve any help from their side.
Secondly, the flight was scheduled to fly at 20.35hours but for no reasons the flight flew at 21.35 hours and for one hour all the passenger had to sit in the flight without any reasons which hampered our schedules badly.
Lastly, the flight after taking off made such disturbing and irritating noise that the we could not even sleep and moreover even the announcements could not be heard because of those noises and after landing the plane made such foul smell of fuel or something that was even more disturbing for everyone. This has been a really bitter experience and I would not suggest anyone this airlines again.
Just the ground staff was very polite, nice and adjusting to us. I would rate them two stars just for the staff.
