Poor Baggage handling and somebody from the staff tried to steal our stuff from the luggage. Charged us twice for only extra 5 kgs. of extra weight.Poor Customer Service and staff is not friendly nature.I won’t recommend anyone to fly with Indigo as regular city bus has more leg space than the indigo planes. This airline runs always behind schedule and whatever they promise it is all false and if they say before your final destination there would be one halt. They try to run like a local train by making more than one halt.
