These people are are purely into Money making tricks by cheating customers. You don’t get proper response from their support staff. They intentionally waste your time so that you miss your flight and they can charge you extra. I had my connecting flight from Varanasi to Bangalore via Hyderabad and they had their last moment change in Gate no which was not communicated properly and by the time we reached gate we still had 20mins with us but these people refused to allow us to board the flight and forced us to pay extra charges! Big time cheaters! Be ware guys!
