My experience regarding indigo flights are good. As I travelled two times in indigo flights. From pune to raipur and from hyderabad to raipur. The best part regarding the indigo flights are that they are cheapest that any other. Their service is also very good and prompt. I tell you that one time at raipur airport the handle of my suitcase broked then I complained this to manager.
The manager said dont worry we will reair this sent it to you but if we fail to repair we will send you the cost of suitcase. And then theybsemd me the double cost of suitcase. The cost of my suitcase was rs1200/- but they send me rs 2500/- directly to my bank account. This management and cheapest flight is the good . I also suggest you that of you want to go anywhere by flight please choose indigo.
