Very disappointing to see one of the biggest promises with such services. Indigo stormed the TV advertisements with their on-time motto. They were so bent on with it, that they lost their plot way back.
Check-in counter:
A family that couldn’t get through the line in a busy time was denied even the boarding pass. Though they stood there before hand waiting for the great indian queue to let them pass through.
The ground crew:
I asked the guy at the boarding counter if I could carry a bag as a hand luggage, and if the weight is an issue. The guy replied that the bag was fine to be carried. While I was going to board the train, they didn’t let me pass through and charged extra money for baggage.
With this service Indigo Airlines is going nowhere and compared to services like vistara and even spice jet, I think Indigo is no more "on time".
