Horrible Indigo airport customer help desk.

Although I reached Delhi Airport 30 minutes before but Indigo people didn’t allow me to board & charge Rs.5500 extra for next flight - What a business, IndiGo?


Although I am frequent Traveler  - Simply disgusting! They had the time to help me for board the flight. Help desk and customer support are ready to snatch money using this way - I used to travel with FlySpiceJet and that same thing happened with them also but they are so helpful and did support me to board the flight although I have reached 25 minutes before the departure.


But this time just due to unavailability, I choose IndiGo. Disgusting experience - Horrible Indigo customer support.
