This is most pathetic and irresponsible company who only cares about money not at all about customer. My 80 yrs old father was denied wheel chair and was asked to walk just because we missed selecting wheel chair while booking. Staff at Bangalore airport ticket counter was so shity that they did not care about person age and just denied wheel chair.
It is unbelievable that what kind of training provided to these people that they don’t care about people situation or age. I am sure this company from top to bottom is corrupt and only money centric.
I would request people to avoid this company as much as it is humanly possible and it should just get banned.
I have written email to indigo’s executives but I am sure I am not going to get any response because this whole company is irresponsible/pathetic and they don’t care about anyone.
