Worst Customer Satisfaction from goindigo

I am really upset with the way I was handled and gets treated while giving request for preponed the flight to customer care which they have postponed it 1.05 hour without any information/notification.


When I checked my flight on goindigo online for just verification I got to know it got postponed it without any notification to me. And when I called customer care to whom I always cherished or trusted told me that you have to pay Rs1000 for the rescheduling and keep repeating the policy thrice.


But I wanted to ask one thing to the management when I booked my family tickets 2-3 months back with indigo I never thought of going through the Terms and Conditions because of goindigo trusted customer satisfaction factor of indigo to which I was trusting more than 5 years and Now they behaved me like a alien for them and don’t listen to the customer problem how it will be going to affect the whole plan of me with this flight change.


I have already scheduled 2 times different flight with goindigo for the same plan and already paid Rs2000 for that but that I understands because that I have changed it for my convenience.


But Now Flight Reschedule has happened from your end and they are not accepting for my suggested timing which is just 1.5 hour earlier and asking for Rs1000 for that as per policy.


How many times I would pay for a single-2 change. I am really upset and Now I have no words to define my feelings.


I am really upset the way I was handled and not listening to the customer. I have always trusted on Indigo and relied on them for every bookings which I have done it whether its for me, my family or my friends.And GoIndigo is known or No.1 for the on-time flight and customer satisfaction.


After getting discussed this matter around 40min over phone they told me to put a request of waiver to customer relation team and they told definitely they will give a resolution on this matter.


This change is affecting my international schedule altogether and messed up my whole plan from one end to another end.

With the hope of getting a quick resolution I have written that long mail to understand my problem.


Please resolve this matter ASAP and reschedule the flight as 3.5 hour earlier i.e depart from Bangalore at 3: 00PM on 22nd Nov 2013. Even this matter doesn’t get resolved by the immediate managers to which customer care persons reports.


They don; t even listen for the customers problems.


NOTE: IF SUPPOSE FURTHER CHANGES DONE FROM GOINDIGO SIDE THEN WHO SHOULD PAY AGAIN Rs1000 for rescheduling charges.


Rescheduling should be allowed once by the customers if flight changes happened from your end even if as written in the policy like " 3 hour of postpone and 2 hour of prepone can not be changed and shall be beared by the customer". That means you always take a 5 hour of blocking period for being at the safer side. And for that you claims to hold the top notch for on-time domestic flights.


What a gimmick you had played with the customers. Hats off to indigo.


So pathetic service I have ever experienced with any airline.


Don’t downgrade the flight services in india.
