Hi. I am a frequent flyer of indigo ni personally find it good for frequent flyer like me .
It has very frequent flights to metro cities with low fare if we compare to other airlines services.
Boarding is quit easy, staff are very cooperative n most of the time u find good attandent
However if any thing which need to improve than its there onboard food which they provide in flight, food will definatly disappoint you so do seats will that feel very cozy somtime.
