Indigo, the flight ticket with booking reference number G11LSA, for 14th October 2013, 6:40 AM departure, booked for 11, 674.00 INR on flight number 6E 266, (booked initially through Yatra.com) from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar was rescheduled to 17th October 2013, without authorization by one of your goofed up call center officer named Vinod, was later reverted back to 14th October with a total price of 31, 890.00 INR.


What is happening? I have been struggling for the past 8 hours to get this rectified, spoken with 5 - 6 customer care officers including Neha, Santanu, Santosh, they all point their fingers to the supervisor @Intergloble Aviation Limited, located somewhere in the global business park of Gurgaon. The supervisor is hiding / feeling very shy to speak with me or rectify the error!


I am going for a consumer court case tomorrow if this is not rectified as promised by 12:30 PM on 13th October 2013.
