I traveled from delhi to Srinagar and back. To start with the flights departed late from the scheduled time. The return flight was like an hour and a half late. Very little space in cabin, seats are very congested. No means of entertainment in plane any how. The ground staff in Delhi is not very helpful, they don’t have a proper idea of what’s happening. And being one of the last passenger to checkin my luggage they were left with only the seats near the emergency exit, were asking me to pay extra Rs 800, for those seats.
