I travelled by indigo flight 6E-414 from Bangalore to Mumbai on 14th May. On that flight my baggage was damaged. The handle was missing. I handed the baggage to Indigo staff on my return to Bangalore for repair. I was later told that the baggage couldnt be repaired and I could get a replacement. Since then therein has been no update. I called your staff in Mumbai five times. Every time I was told that I would be called back in 5 minutes. But I never got a call back. Now when I call they dont even pick up the call.
I called your call center and they told me that they cannot take a complaint on the attitude of your staff. What recourse does a customer have? I now believe that there is no intent on part of Indigo to make good my loss caused by negligence on part of your airline. This is a case of systematic stonewalling , delaying and harassment of customers.
This is an absolutely pathetic airline with no sense of customer service.
