Our family traveled together with Indigo - 8 passengers from Kolkata to Bangalore on 5th December, 2011
They refused to change one passenger to change from later to earlier flight. Despite of such a big team traveling, they were very uncourteous.
Our check-in and hand baggages total weight was as permitted by the airlines. Two of our hand baggages were 4 kg heavy but one passenger did not had any hand baggage. They refused to budge and demanded that we pay for 8 KG or redistribute. They made us open all our check in baggages and hand baggages to redistribute the weight. No courtsey at all.
We had two infants. They did not allow any additional consideration or weight allowance for that, rather the staff was very stubborn. One of our passenger was on wheelchair but the staff was extremely reluctant in driving the passenger.
Overall experience was so bad that I have started paying more to travel through Jet and Kingfisher. I do not recommend anyone to travel through the worst service airline.
