One of the most hopeless service I never faced while boarding, I requested them to help me to board the aircraft and the lady staff, without contacting authorities, took decision to kick me off the plane.
After I missed my flight they didnt assisted me for 1.45 hrs which is very bad even security and information desk in Delhi try to contact them they were so negligent on deplaned passenger, they never assisted me until airport GMR officer blasted them over phone.
This is a worst experience I ever had. I do not want another passenger to face this in future. Even I traveled more than 100 flights, they never assisted me, in future I never go in this stupid humanity less flight and I never suggest others.
When Indigo delays, they have reason, if passenger got health issues and even flight was there in same position they talk about ontime takeoff no rules for passenger even on humanity grounds. I give 0 feedback on that lady staff and assisting staff Ms Kirti
