What attracted me to indigo airlines is while comparing tickets I visited their website. I really liked the website and the information it provided.
I flew to kolkata from delhi by Indigo. it was the first flight, early in the morning in the cold chilly winter of delhi. Fortunately enough for me that day there was no fog.
the flight took off well in time. the cabin crew, not well experienced, took care of the passengers and would like to rate them good on the the rating scale. The main flight attendant read all the instructions.which I did not like all though. But there was no compromise on the service aspect. They only serve water and no cookies like spice jet.
the baggage was handled well, and at the NSC Airport Kolkata, I was out with my baggage in less than 10 mins!
the interiors of the flights are amazing. the indogo colour appeals to the eye.The flight was new and the space is decent enough. the seats are comfortable and let you lean backward.
the pilots were informative and shared information about altitude of flight, time to be taken to reach the destination, temperature outside, city we were flying above etc.
overall I had a very good impression about this airline and would recommend strongly for one and all to experience.
