The quality of service is soaring LOW.Was travelling with my wife and daughter from jaipur to mumbai yesterday 15-11-2015 and had a terrible experience for the first time. on indigo
Firstly at the time of announcement in the flight the so called leading lady sneha did not remember the pilots name and then to my amazement started giggling instead of being apologetic.The pilot is the commander of the aircraft and is the boss and you should know the his name and be respected.Then she sends someone in the cockpit to ask his name and when she is announcing the other cabin crew name is she slow and sounds unsure and hesitant and her speech is not fluid
I had a special meal voucher which is prepaid and was served almost last instead to being served first first the money has been paid in advance I still kept quiet and did not create a fuss, then she did not have a non veg meal for 3 and offered 2 non veg wraps and 1 non veg sandwich.the sandwich was damn and ok but the wraps sucked big time and I dont understand why you charge Rs.600.00 for the wrap and coke when you get the same inflight sale of Rs.250+60=310 so why am I being charged extra Rs.290 that too which is paid in advance?please justify
Then I wanted an inflight sale of nightout which is your kit for men for Rs.350 and the attendant couldnt find the rate and the item in the inflight sale magazine and I told her its on page 55 and costs Rs.350 and she still couldnt see it and so I took out the magazine and pointed it out to her
before departing from the flight she announced wrongly that we have arrived at CST International airport which is actually domestic airport and that our baggage will arrive at conveyor belt no 1.i was awaiting for my 1 bag for 45 minutes with my family and still couldnt see my bag and then got a call from indigo customer care saying that the bag is with them as I did not collect it for long and told them that I was informed that it will arrive no 1 and not no5 as claimed by her
The cabin crew for this particular crew specially the so called leading leading was definitely not up to the mark and was not leading from the front
The service and attitude was pathetic and sub standard to say the least and this is the first time I experienced it on indigo as I have been flying indigo for long and have even been to dubai and never had this kind of service from any other airline except air india which I dont fly anymore since last 28 years and will have to think twice before flying indigo again
You can check with your inflight camera recording to check whatever I said as I dont lie nor am I cry baby but wanted to give you feedback so that you can improve your services and maintain high standards that are expected of you so that paying passengers like me are not hassled and harassed just due to some silly, unprofessional juvenile attitude of cabin crew
I am not looking for any excuses or apologies but need an explanation about the deteriorating services of indigo
