Worst customer Service ever. I bought tkt lko to del but Itinerary was del to lko.
I called within 5 minutes but they refused to refund or cancel tkt. I bought another ticket Lucknow to DelHi at 08:05 pm shortly coz I had to catch flight del to Newark at 11:35 pm at united.
Their flight got delayed due to operational Reason and I was sure to miss my connection. I called to Indigo and explained that I will miss my connection flight because of this delay and requested to move me to earlier flight. They refused saying that its not company policy.
Seriously? I asked Ok please Change my flight tomorrow coz It make no sense going to Delhi When I wont Make my connecting flight to Newark. Indigo said I have to go to Airport to make changes they cant do on phone. Okkk I went to Lucknow Airport witch was an hour away and at counter girl was so rude and refused to make changes unless I pay Change fee. Finally I had no choice and I paid 2500 just to get me booked next day. I had to pay additional 60000 rupee for missing my International flight. Over all They make me Cry and I felt terrible. Is this How Airlines work in INDIA? Just to take money only and then want customer to get lost and treat them like garbage?
