We traveled from Mumbai to Bangalore on 24th January 2012, flight number 6E 415. We had fragile goods wrapped up very carefully along with the bold ragFRAGILE but the staff made us open the package as they were unable to scan an item in the box. So they called us just before the security check in and verified the contents of the box.
But that was not all. just a minute before the flight was about to take off, they called one of us and told us that the contents were completely damaged. How NEGLIGENT! We had a similar package on our way to Mumbai but how come such a mishap did not take place?
Request to Indigo:
a. Please get better, more efficient scanners and/or
b. Please employ more efficient, sensitive and careful staff and/or
c. Reimburse the loss caused by your reckless(or should I say wreckful?) staff and/or
d. Please stop messing around with peoples belongings!
If not, we will have no choice but to approach the Consumer Court for the loss and torture by the "award winning" and goods damaging IndiGo Airlines!
With Disappointment
