Travelled by Flt no 6E-522 from Delhi to Lko on May 21st, 2015(PNR No. NFNHGR). It was one of the WORST flying experience, I have ever had. The AC was not working, children were crying, all the passengers were sweating, and were screaming at the Cabin Crew, but to no effect. After almost half an hour after the boarding(flight was still grounded), the MIGHTY CAPTAIN announced that there was a TECHNICAL SNAG, because of which they could not pre cool the aircraft, and it shall be ok in a while(smartly, no time line provided).
When I spoke to the cabin crew, they were help less, and informed that they had advised the Captain not to start the boarding, but the mighty Captain refused to pay heed to their advice.
The AC was not effective through out the flight, and we all were sweating even when we landed at Lucknow. The cabin did request me to put in a complaint on all the forums, be it facebook or Twitter.
The Low Cost airline does not mean that the airlines can take the customers for a ride and play with their safety.
I have been flying regularly with Indigo and really like the Airlines, but this One Off HIGH HEADEDNESS of one of their Captain, spoils their reputation.
I am sure, Indigo airlines Management shall look into the issue seriously and take appropriate action.
