It seems that the customers are valuable to them! All those are crap nothing exist like that, last time I had to travel in indigo. The worst worst experienced. No responsibility, meaningless rules. I had to travel with my dad who is not well and dependent, after taking the ticket from yatra.com they informed that we will need a wheel chair, you are so irresponsible cant even take care of a customer. Rule is to report prior 45 minutes. We reached there at 5:30 AM for the fight at 6:20AM. Reported for the wheel chair, my dad was standing there since 20 minutes for the wheel chair to come. They came after calling thrice. I went inside gave the tickets for the boarding cards, they dint let me in because it seems I was late to report. Now tell me whose fault is that??? Is it mine or is it because of you? Had to pay 13000/- INR for the next flight. ANYONE who is planning to fly in indigo please cancel the plan as these are irresponsible shits over there.
And finally seems to say big SORRY (a word which have no meaning) saying that will not get my money back. BUGER OFF YOU INDIGO....i ill never recommend any of my relative, friends, or even an unknown person to fly in indigo.
