Indigo charging flat 2250 cancellation charges. whether you cancel your ticket within 1 second of booking or 2 weeks in advance or before 2 hours of travel. WHY?
TIME is money, I am cancelling my booking 2 weeks in advance, giving them 2 weeks time to get the seat allocated to somebody else. than why the same cancellation charges for all?
For booking if you book late you have to pay more, than why not less cancellation is based on time?
My concerns in particular:
I am writing you to please help me in getting waive off / Rebate on the Cancellation amount, I need to bare on these 2 tickets.
The Cancellation amount is huge- 5100. Being a frequent Corporate traveler, I hope you will be able to help me in reducing this loss.
