So I had called up to ask for a possible date change of a booked ticket on 10th Nov. Didn’t go ahead and asked for the ticket to be kept as is. The stupid CSA rescheduled the flight that too not from Ahmedabad to Kolkata but the reverse! Must be smoking pot! I didn’t even get charged for the differential. Wow, that’s so nice of indigo! Free rescheduling!
I get no communication via email or text. Don’t know this has happened. On the day of the travel, the bums tell me this is not a valid PNR! I pay 14.5 K to book a ticket and arrange the travel.
Raised a complaint and they haven’t responded! Asked for a callback but guess they are still smoking pot so didn’t get a callback. Raised to Nodal and only an automated reply. Appellate doesn’t even bother.

Today I get an invoice on the email for the flight they had rescheduled, the one I didn’t pay for and didn’t authorize!
